4 Bedroom House in Playa Negra, Los Pargos

Location Location Location! Located just steps away from the surf break at Playa Negra, Casa Maria has it all for large groups or extended families. This Ocean Front 4 bedroom 3 bath home, has everything you need for a perfect vacation. Modern kitchen with all the amenities. Over sized living area with two seating areas and an over sized dining table for all your meals. This leads to a relaxing pool area where you can see and hear the ocean. The pool has a unique walkable entrance. This area has plenty of covered area to sit back and relax or just enjoy the Costa Rica sunshine.
The first floor also has a full bathroom with laundry.
The 2nd floor is reached by a Spanish tiled staircase that leads to 4 bedrooms. The master has a king bed. It also has it own ensuite with a tub, a separate stand up shower and two sinks. The second bedroom has a king bed and a single bed.
The third has a king bed. The fourth bedroom has two bunk beds great for kids. There is another bathroom with a large sink area, toilet and stand up shower.
Bedrooms 1, 2 and 3 all open up on to a large covered 2nd floor balcony. This 2nd floor balcony has a couch and chairs to enjoy the view of the Pacific Ocean. Casa Maria has an outdoor shower. A charcoal grill.
It is located in a gated community and this house also has it's own alarm system.

Summary: Great house, kitchen, bedrooms and great room with a pool. What more do you need. Great location on the beach with a gate on to the sandy beach. A great surf spot 400 yards down the beach Pura Vida!
