Welcome to Paradise! Sit back and relax with your favorite beverage as you enjoy 180 degree panoramic ocean views from our tropical cliffside island cottage. Villa Margarita is situated on almost an acre of ocean front property, just minutes away from world famous Magenโs Bay Beach.
With its unique pavilion style architecture, Villa Margarita focuses living and dining in one area, and affords the quiet and privacy desired for resting and sleeping in a separate one. In the main house, youโll enjoy breathtaking ocean views from the living and dining areas, along with all the amenities of a fully equipped kitchen. Dine inside or al fresco amongst the beautiful and lush tropical landscaping. The bedroom suite, offers a king bed with an ensuite bathroom and an incredible view of the ocean through large patio doors.
The private saltwater pool shares the same dramatic views of the ocean and neighboring islands as the main house. Itโs the perfect place to take in the sun and read a good book.
Our home is graced with cooling trade winds and these lovely sea breezes help keep the rooms comfortable most of the year. Air conditioning is available in the bedroom for when the weather is a little warmer.
We are in a private, gated neighborhood, so guests must have their own rental car. There is another small rental unit on the property, but there are no shared spaces. Pool is private!
All guests are required to provide ID and sign our rental agreement.
