Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Communication started slow but closer to our stay communication was excellent. The appointed garage was too small to fit our oversized Yukon but we had no problem finding parking on the ground level guest spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The condo is clean, well stocked, quality appliances and very nice showers with plenty of water pressure. The view is spectacular. Nicely located and very walkable to a close Starbucks and other shopping. Pool hit tub and outdoor area is really nice! Workout room is sufficient.

Negative: The view is spectacular but not an ocean view , the furniture is funky and not very comfortable. There is no closet in the main bedroom only one suitcase holder so luggage was on the floor. There is no bedside table on one side of the bed in main bedroom the round purple velvet couch is in the way and weird (with all due respect). We could not work the thermostat it seemed to be controlled in an APP and would not allow us to change it was either very hot or cold. The quality of linens is very lacking and does not match the level of quality of the rest of the house but I imagine they wash well and dry quickly as they are of synthetic material. Pillows are low quality and need to be replaced. I don’t mean to be critical but hoping to be helpful and constructive.

Summary: Excellent condo, quality appliances, great staff, easy to navigate. Disappointed in linens and furnishings.
