Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Liked that the property was away from the busy tourist area of the lake centre but you could still get to the lake in 5 minutes down a very lovely meandering lane. It is located closer to the Olympic rowing centre and it was wonderful walking along and taking in the views of the island every morning. Room was clean and adequate size for our needs. Host was friendly and offered tips/advice for our stay.

Negative: Although good, I feel there could be some simple amendments which would make the stay easier and more convenient for guests such as provide a hand towel/s in the communal bathroom so you don't have to keep bringing a towel back and forth. Also, provide some teabags or coffee & sugar in the room on welcome. Each room had a small kitchenette, including a kettle but having to buy these things for a shortish stay & then leave most behind seemed a bit of a waste.
