Not too far from town to be unwalkable, but not too close to be affected by the hustle and bustle or have any concerns over a lack of privacy.
Open plan living fronts 3 comfortable bedrooms upstairs, each with new carpet, a queen bed, spacious, built-in robe and garden views. Working downstairs, and both internally and externally accessed is a fourth bedroom doubling as a second living space. This semi self-contained studio style space boasts its own bathroom, breakfast bar, TV and garden patio. Throw in an outdoor shower, combustion woodfire, fully equipped modern kitchen and undercover parking and you have yourself the perfect recipe for a cracking summer break.
