Positive: Great location inside the medina. Some lovely decorative features.
Negative: The first room we had (number 10) before we asked to be moved was very noisy as it is at the front of the building overlooking the street. It is however beautifully decorated. Water pressure in the hotel is intermittent and both showers we had were basically trickles which went from scalding hot to freezing cold every few seconds. The staff whilst undeniably friendly are not really very well trained. Even the front desk team leave you standing there whilst they chat to each other. The restaurant staff the same. The food in the restaurant can best be described as average and the breakfast is very limited.
