The Palm Beach Holiday House has a spectacular waterfront location. Just walk a few steps to the crystal clear waters of Palm Beach or relax on the balconies and gaze at the stunning views. Only 40 minutes from Perth, 20 minutes from Fremantle and a comfortable stroll to the cafe's, shops and restaurants on the Rockingham Foreshore. This is the perfect relaxing holiday getaway location.

The light airy interior of the beach house is refurbished with contemporary comfortable furnishings and is laid out over 3 split levels. The ground floor consists of the open plan kitchen, dining and living area all boasting beautiful sea views. Walk out of the glass sliding doors to an outdoor eating area beside the front lawn which overlooks the beach. A laundry and powder room is also located on this level. Up just a few steps to the three comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a queen sized master room, a double room and one bedroom with bunks.

Up a further few steps to a generous sized second living area and balcony with BBQ. This level has spectacular views of the Sound, Garden Island and the beach.

A lovely outdoor courtyard at the rear of the property provides another more private and protected outdoor space for BBQ's and relaxing.

Off street and undercover parking is provided in the double garage which has direct access into the downstairs living area.
