It is situated in a quiet street with a forest feel outlook beautiful finishes and in a great spot. Close to the city CBD, Wesley hospital, train station, Suncorp stadium.

Park Avenue Retreat is a warm and inviting family home in the prime inner city land. With a large undercover outdoor area . Beautiful 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, parking for 3 cars, including a bath, a gourmet kitchen with European Bosh appliances, fantastic living room and a fabulous outdoor covered . Large wardrobes in all bedrooms and walk in wardrobe in master with ensuite and bedroom 3. Experience staying in the modern new townhouse that you will surely love and enjoy. Guests must clime 2 flights of stairs to bedrooms on top level.
As a rule we only take families. The minimum age of the person renting must be over 25. We don't take groups of more than 8 adults as we are in a very respectful neighbourhood. Absolutely No parties or events of any kind and strictly quiet hours from 10pm- 6am.

NOTE:
- Minimum booking age requirement is strictly 25.
- All guest joining must be 25 yrs old and above unless it is a family stay with small children.
- Group stay will be subject for approval. Please inquire prior to booking if you are a group of friends.
BWS is a short 750m walk and closest bar is Wests Rugby Union Club.
Please note a pet fee of $37 per animal, per night (max. 2), will be charged separately to reservation total. Pets will be need to approved, and questions answered about the pet prior to checkin. If you are bringing a pet please note the bond will be raised to $2000.
"Things You Need to Know Before You Book"
- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.
- We also require a copy of the their ID (front and back).
- We also require a Security deposit which we will authorize separately. See House rules for more info
- Bins must be put out for collection day indicated.
- BBQ must be left clean or guests will be charged $100.
- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- All confirmed reservations made starting on the 9th of January, 2023 will be subject to an extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
