House offers gourmet kitchen and open one-story floor plan, covered patio and a fire pit area for relaxing, enjoying the gorgeous sunsets and stargazing . 10 to 20 minute drive to award winning wineries, downtown Paso Robles, Vina Robles, Paso Robles Event Center, Ravine Water Park, Sensorio Field of Light, Paso Robles airport and several Golf courses.
The space
The setting of our property is one of peace and quiet combined with stunning views and the utmost privacy.
Home is carbon neutral and all electric with the exception of the Bluestar range, gas ambiance fireplaces, and terrace BBQ. It's all powered by an 8.5KW solar array on the property.
Spectacular views from every room in this home, beautifully furnished and professionally decorated.
The gourmet kitchen is amazing... Bluestar six-open burner range combined with the double KitchenAid electric oven and huge KitchenAid refrigerator give rise to memorable meals with friends and family. The kitchen is stocked with way more than "the basics", contact the host for details on what items the kitchen provides.
We have three dining areas to choose from (dining room, kitchen nook and outside patio). Choose the space that your entertaining style desires.
The living/family room opens to the kitchen and has built in speaker system with a big screen TV featuring Apple TV, Roku, Netflix , Hulu, ESPN and Disney +. Super comfortable custom made oversized sofa with ottoman and leather recliner are awaiting your arrival.
Primary Bedroom has dedicated workspace with high speed WiFi , ensuite bathroom with jacuzzi style tub, walk-in shower and double sinks. Custom marble tile and frameless ,walk-in shower enclosure surrounds you in elegance.
Bedrooms two and three have a courtyard view, king and queen beds and a shared bathroom with double sinks and standard tub shower enclosure. This bathroom also has a retractable make-up mirror. Bedroom 2 has its own Apple TV.
Outside is where the real fun happens. Sip your wine taking in the sublime views and sunsets while enjoying the manicured lawns, Adirondack chairs, gas fire pit, built in BBQ, picnic table and the horseshoe pits. And when night comes the stars are out, stargazing is the natural sleep aid.
Guest access
Full Access to house and surrounding areas; no access to the barn ,shop or garage. There is equipment around the barn and shop that should not be climbed on due to risk of falling off. Pastures have uneven ground, please be mindful when walking in them.
Other things to note
Gravel 200 foot driveway with light dust to be expected in rural setting. Country critters (squirrels, deer, rabbits, foxes and reptiles) may be seen around or on property, please do not feed and keep your distance from them.
