This 5 bedroom home offers modern amenities, nice wooden floors, and an open floor plan in the living room, and kitchen area. This is the perfect home for a family of 5-10. Located 1.5 miles to Carmel Valley Village and all the wineries, 10-15 minutes to Carmel by the sea and 15 minutes to the highway 1 Coastline. Surrounded by trees, deer and wild turkey this peaceful retreat is perfect for a couples getaway, a meditation spot, an answer to writers block or just a nice family vacation.
Great home for larger groups attending weddings or simply trying to get away from the busy city life-style. The home is located very close to Carmel Valley village if you would like to go wine-tasting or attending a local event/wedding. Perfect place to freshen up and re-fuel after you are done with your daily activities.
(be mindful that parking is limited up at the home as there is only space for 2 vehicles but additional cars may be parked down at the culdesac)
Guests have access to the entire home and yard. The guest home is located across the driveway so please make sure you save them at least 1 parking spot.**If PRIVACY IS a big deal for you, I’d suggest also booking the guest house. This has never been an issue for guests renting this home but just trying to be transparent here.
-Pets are welcome and the pet fee is $200 for up to 2 pets
-HOT Tub: Should the hot tub not work during your stay, we will do our best to fix it immediately but you will not receive a refund as a result. Please understand that there are certain things out of my control (i.e. arrival of parts and or getting a tech out here)
