The property, located on 5 acres with the front 3 maintained and the back 2 left to grow has mowed walking tracks so guests can enjoy the wildlife such as monitor lizards, rainbow lorikeets, rabbits, deer, and the odd kangaroo passing through.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire property. Please note, there is a locked gated fence separating the dam from the residential area. The code for the combination lock will be shared upon booking. Please ensure the gate is closed and locked upon entry & exit of this area for children's safety. The dam is an essential part of the ecosystem on our property but is NOT suitable for swimming , it is deceptively deep & is full of underwater vegetation. Children must be supervised in this area at all times.

Dogs must be kept within the fenced front yard area & kept on a lead outside of this space.
Horses must be kept in the stable & stable yard area. There is a drinking trough provided for them, ample grass in the horse area but BYO feed.
Please be mindful of our neighbors, as they enjoy the peace & quite that you are hoping to experience yourself.
If you wish to hold a celebration during your stay, please contact us prior to booking to discuss suitability.
Please note that use of the fire pit & any related activities (eg. charcoal BBQ) is subject to the fire rating issued by the Rural Fire Service (R.F.S) - please check their website daily before lighting any fire.
