Situated on over 200 feet of well maintained golf course frontage on historical PCC Course 1, this 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom home lives big with upscale amenities and outdoor entertaining areas. The fully fitted kitchen with stainless steel appliances and indoor seating for as many as 10 makes it easy to enjoy home cooked meals, DoorDash deliveries from your favorite restaurant or just keep your favorite drinks, snacks and foods on hand for a more enjoyable stay.
New porcelain tile flooring, new appliances in kitchen, new bathrooms, full size washer and dryer stackable, completely painted in 2023. Huge Great Room with 12 foot ceiling, 75 inch TV (Golf Channel included), propane white brick fireplace, floor-to-ceiling windows for backyard and golf course viewing and dining table that can be used for serving an elegant meal, or function perfectly for less formal meal enjoyment. An eat-in kitchen with island seating for 3 opens to the Great Room & Dining Area. Kitchen is equipped with a double oven and Samsung Bespoke Fridge with convenient 3rd draw beverage storage. Kitchen opens to sliding glass doors to private patio and lit outdoor seating for 8 with firepit. Grill is conveniently located right next to the kitchen sliders. The overlook is lovely with long views of the golf course and tree lined, westward sunsets. Corn hole provided for back yard fun.
