Summary: An older house with a few quirks but updated to be a comfortable stay for our family. Fenced back yard was nice for the dog but had a gap in the back, so we used a folding chair to block it off and keep her enclosed. Nice outdoor space with front porch and rear fire pit. Convenient location for OSU and High St if you don't mind a more campus-feeling neighborhood (The other half of the duplex made our side smell quite skunky one night, which affected our sleep a bit). A few things were missing being a new listing, but Don was very helpful as a host and a pleasure to work with on remedying the minor issues we had.
