Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Location was great, close to Vatican and city center with the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain. Room was big especially for Europe, had AC and waters available in the lobby. The staff were exceptional—Donatella made check in easy and when we were leaving even ordered a taxi on our behalf when we left as our cell phone numbers didn’t work to call one ourselves.
Negative: Toilet was hard to flush sometimes but it always went down after a few tries.
Summary: 10/10 would definitely book here again!
