Positive: We arrived rather late and had not received any email or notification about late check-in instructions, so it was on us to contact someone in management by phone to figure out how to get in. A little strange, but once inside, everything was easy. The room was very comfortable, a complimentary bottle of Madeira was waiting, very nice. The property was very clean and in a great location, a block from the water, near restaurants and shops, very convenient.
Negative: Instructions for late arrival would have been nice.
Summary: Great location, very good accommodation.
