Stepping into the house through the oversized solid teak front door, a beautiful white round staircase will lead you upstairs to the Great Room. With 4 meters high ceiling and teak wood paneled walls, the Great Room serves as the center of the social gathering with gourmet kitchen and stone top dining table. A comfortable living room sitting area is also part of the Great Room. All the windows in the Great Room slide open to allow a seamless flow between the indoor and the outdoor. The main deck has an outdoor kitchen equipped with a gas burner and built in barbecue. Two square dining tables that can be combined and a seating area complete this main outdoor deck where the view extends from Playa Conchal to Playa Flamingo.
The master bedroom with king bed and the bedroom with bunk beds are also located on the upper floor. The luxurious master bedroom boosts 4 meter high ceiling, a balcony and unobstructed ocean view from every spot in the room. The bunk room has two twin upper bunk beds over two full size beds.
