Positive: Right off the bat great service when we walked in. We landed at 7 am not expecting a room to be ready until 3pm we went to just drop off our luggage, they then tell us they upgraded our room and it was available. It was decent sized for new york, it was super clean and comfortable. The hotel is in an ideal location, quick walks everywhere and the subway is just two blocks away. Every time we came back to the hotel amazing greetings from the security he would hold out elevator or call in when he saw us walk in. They are over the top with their customer service. I unfortunately left some items in my room and they were super helpful and quick to help me resolve and ship my items back out to me. Will be staying again.
