Welcome to Beach View Retreat, a custom-built home on a quiet, peaceful street and is just a quick stroll away from the soft white sugary sands of one of Anna Maria Island's top beaches, Manatee Public Beach! This five-bedroom and four-bath getaway features a private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and a rooftop deck with fantastic views of the bay to the east and even the Sunshine Skyway to the north. In the kitchen, you will find stunning cabinetry with culinary essentials and space for groceries, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and island seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely modern coastal seating area with a tv and a formal wood dining table, plus two separate entries to the front-facing balcony.
The primary bedroom is like a private suite with a seating area, tv, and a private balcony with a small table and chairs for your cozy morning coffee with a view and access to the rooftop deck. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, tub, walk-in shower, gorgeous stone tile, and a walk-in closet! The second and third bedrooms are on the third floor and have bright beachy colors, private balconies, and share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. The downstairs bedrooms have bright beachy d cor, pool views, and their own ensuite bathrooms.
