Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The location is excellent, in a relatively quiet street in a safe neighborhood, close to many attractions. The apartment itself is spacious and comfortable, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We recommend it to other guests: it was a pleasant stay.

Negative: It didn't subtract from our stay in a meaningful way, but the cleaning could be done a little more thoroughly. The working surfaces (countertop, floors, toilet, etc.) were cleaned well, but there were dirt marks around light switches, some stains on the walls, and bit of dirt was left in the corners. We did also encounter 2 dead and 2 living cockroaches. Since the apartment has a kitchen, it would also be nice if the hotel provided the means to do the dishes, like soap, a sponge and drying cloths. We ended up washing our coffee cups with our fingers and hand soap from the bathroom.
