Summary:
We are centrally located in Orem with a pool, hot tub, and exercise room. This unit does not have stairs inside or out and is very close to the amenities. It is also very close to UVU, shopping and the freeway. It is fully equipped with amenities you need to feel right at home. Just bring your clothes, relax and enjoy your time in Orem.
The Space:
There are two large bedrooms, two larger bathrooms and an open living space. The Master bedroom has a king bed, attached to a bathroom with a double sink and garden soaking tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and is across the hall from the main bathroom. The living area has a sofa sleeper and is connected to the kitchen area and patio. There are guests above this unit.

The Neighborhood:
This unit is located in a large apartment complex, but very close to the pool, hot tub and exercise room. It is walking distance to a convenience store for a last minute snack. There is a designated, covered parking spot and another uncovered parking spot providing parking for two cars.
Getting Around:
I would recommend using a car for transportation.
Other Things to Note:
There is NO SMOKING OR PETS allowed. Either will result in a $250 fine and you'll be asked to leave without a refund. Quiet hours will be strictly enforced from 10pm to 8 am. Please be respectful of the neighbors and people staying in the other units. We will ask guests to leave who cannot follow the quiet hours rule without refund. Many of our guests are on a work vacation.
