Positive: Location good we found the place fairly easily but disappointed that the garden was unavailable to us, but the house although a bit rustic was quite clean

Negative: The fact we couldn't use the garden and the front area could do with a bit of tidying up,also probably the worst thing was the slugs coming through the stone wall in the kitchen in the evening this needs attention!

Summary: Ok did meet most of our needs but really requires an update
