We are close to the best places in Sydney. The suburb is lively and safe.
From BALMAIN it's only 15 min ferry or bus trip to Sydney's CBD, Circular Quay and Opera House.
5 min walk to bus or ferry and from there 10 min to CBD and Opera and 25 min to UTS.
3 min walk to a beautiful, huge waterfront park with Sydney Harbor Bridge and city views โ great for exercising, jogging and relaxing!
5 min walk to lively and vibrant Darling Street with shopping center and heaps of cafes, pubs and restaurants.

โข Minimum stay is 4 weeks. If you wish to cancel earlier as agreed, the notice period is 3 weeks.
The rent is payable for 2 weeks on the first day of each 2 weeks.
