Je m'appelle Joëlle et je suis créatrice textile.
Mon atelier ainsi que mes parties privées sont au rez de chaussée de ma maison. C'est une maison de ville, au calme, à la décoration soignée et récente.
Les chambres louées sont au premier et deuxième étage.
J'ai 2 chats très gentils qui restent au rez-de-chaussée.
Vous disposez d'une clé de la porte d'entrée afin d'aller et venir comme bon vous semble.
Chacun "vit sa vie" dans le respect des autres et des lieux (calme, entraide, courtoisie, hygiène....)
A partager avec les autres locataires :
Salle de bain avec douche, sèche cheveux
toilettes séparées,
petite cuisine équipée (micro-ondes, mini four électrique, plaque vitro-céramique, bouilloire, réfrigérateur/congélateur).
Je fais le ménage dans les parties communes régulièrement.
Ustensiles de ménage à votre disposition pour l'entretien de votre chambre.
Les draps et serviettes de toilettes sont fournis.
Les lignes de bus et de tramway à 5 min à pied vous emmènent là ou vous voulez dans la ville...
le centre historique, les restaurants, les bars, sont à 20 min à pied
Possibilité de louer un vélo pour 15 € / mois (je peux vous aider pour les démarches).
Si vous venez en voiture il est important de savoir qu'il faut souvent tourner un peu afin de trouver une place de parking, pas obligatoirement devant la maison (eh oui, nous sommes en centre ville !)...
Si vous venez en train, en avion je peux assurer votre transit depuis la gare le jour de votre arrivée ainsi que le jour de votre départ.
