Hi we are a married couple (kids have moved out) looking at renting out rooms to international students, visitors on working holiday visas, new migrants who want a temporary place to stay until they find their home to live, or here for business. We don't rent out rooms to people living in Perth or its surrounds including as far south as Bunbury and far north as Geraldton.
I'm originally from Buenos Aires and my husband London.
We have one room that accommodates couples and two single rooms.
Our house will only suit those that are looking for peace and quiet and who don't smoke or vape, if you do please don't make a booking.
We don't play loud music and it is a child-free environment.
There is a bus stop 10 minutes away that will take you directly into the Perth CBD or a bus to Warwick Train Station which is 4 stops from Perth Underground Train Station. In the opposite direction is Joondalup train station.
We require a video call with the guest before we accept your booking
