Newly remodeled 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 1750 sq ft brick ranch house with a huge fenced back yard.
This property is new to this platform but it has been in operation since January 2020 with 50+ 5-star reviews.
Walking distance to Lakeland Cultural Arts Center and the Cryptozoology & Paranormal Museum. Two minutes from downtown Littleton and ten minutes from public boat ramps on Lake Gaston. Bedding, Towels & Essentials included. Sleeps 7 in 4 beds and 1 Sleeper Sofa. This is a great location to meet up with friends for a fishing trip or as overflow sleeping for the family reunion at your Lake House.
It is in a great neighborhood and well taken care of. The house is pet friendly. There is a pet door allowing access to a fenced yard if you chose to open it. The beds are new and comfortable. The house is well stocked.
The house was built in 1959 but has had the kitchen and bathrooms recently remodeled. Windows, doors, HVAC, roof, electrical fixtures and floors have all been updated. There is are comfort features like a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer there for your use. Starter supplies are provided . There is a nice open deck in the back with a grill and deck table. The gas for the grill is included.

Summary: So the place was as advertised. Clean nice back yard fenced in. Close to food and groceries. Grandpa bbq was a awesome suggestion. Going to stay there again. Thanks again for having us
