3 Bedroom House in Red Feather Lakes
The cottage is located on the edge of Phantom Lake Ranch and overlooks national forest. On the ranch there are many hiking trails, which can also be used for snowshoeing and cross country skiing in the winter, as well as 3 lakes for sight seeing. In the summer you have access to catch and release fish one of the private lakes that is stocked with trout!
This newly remodeled mountain home has a full kitchen and comfy leather couches. The wood burning fireplace ( firewood included) is wonderful to sit in front of and will turn any chilly night into a treat. This home is the ideal location for families looking to explore the great outdoors! Fishing, hiking, ice skating and snow tubing (not all located on the ranch) are just a few activities you can partake in over the winter in Red Feather Lakes.
Being a secluded home without cable or internet, you are able to disconnect from all distractions and get in some good quality family bonding that is so often lacking from our everyday lives. Check out of your busy work lives for a few days and check into Phantom Lake Ranch. Verizon service is great on the ranch, other companies may be spotty, but overall we aren't in a "dead" zone.

*Dogs are welcome to join you for an additional $25 per a dog, per a night. Dogs must be approved by us when booking (max 2 dogs) and dog rules must be followed.

Dog(s) must be leashed when outside.
You must clean up dog poop.
No dogs are allowed on any furniture- no matter the size of the dog. Minimum $50 fee if it is clear that a dog slept on the bed.
Dog(s) can not be left at the house without being kenneled.
Extra fees apply if rules aren't followed or if it is found that the dog peed in the house.
