We offer a separate, private bedroom and bath, with it's own kitchenette, washer/dryer, front and side sitting areas. The unit has it's own parking in front, with it's own private entry. Rental includes window a/c, fan, 40" tv with cable, internet, keyless entry and a closet full of sundries and beach gear. There is a backyard sunning area and b-b-q.
