- A 20m2 kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, espresso machine. It is furnished with a large table and chairs to eat there to 10 people, and many cupboards walls.
- A laundry room off the kitchen features washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
The outer portion 450 m2 comprises:
- A large main deck with the pool of 32 m2 and 6 chairs to relax and rest.
- A raised terrace with a playground ideal for children and equipped with a large dryer for the laundry.
- A covered area with barbecue, tables and chairs to eat outside.
The whole house has electric shutters and an electric garage door to park a vehicle inside the property.
