Positive: Location. Bedrooms clean and comfortable
Negative: The lack of staff. The lack of attention to detail I would expect from a 5 star hotel. Pool side understaffed and not clean or organised. Restaurant the same. No downstairs bar. The pool & pool bar closed mid holiday even though it was 23 degrees. No shuttle into town. Reception staff inattentive and busy chatting to themselves. Cleaning of the bedrooms excellent.
