Summary: Nice facilities. Comfortable rooms. Refrigerator turns on snooze in middle of night spoiling my food and maintenance not sure how to reset it stating many different models. Check in stating I donโ€™t have car and checked out and charged for parking and girl at reception said she didnโ€™t understand the computer and my bill included parking she claimed she removed and then I received an additional bill on my credit card for parking. Called hotel twice and left email and eventually had to dispute with my credit card, very annoying. AC very loud when adjusting temperature at night. Besides that great pool but ran out of towels twice, not sure if everyone at pool is a guest. Nice pool bar and bartenders. Kid friendly pools.
