Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff was nice and helpful. The location is near Dal lake and more or less quiet. Price is more or less good.

Negative: It's also the "owner" hotel house so it can be a little tricky if you want to stay late outside and not bother them because they will wait for you to get back to go to sleep. The room wasn't that good because it was written in the description that the room was 70m2 which wasn't the case at all. Some of the power sockets didn't work at all either. One of the beds was okay but the other one was as hard as stone and the person that slept there couldn't sleep at all because of this. In the room description there was written that there was a bath and spa bath but there was only a shower which was fishy smelly. We had the breakfast included but they kept saying no no it's not true until we showed them the proof on booking. Then we had one cup of tea and a slice of bread with butter. I don't think it can qualify as a breakfast included for a hotel. But at least there was something. Just a shame that they thought we would try to scam them about this when it was included since the start on booking.
