Positive: The house was good if things are maintained well.

Negative: Utilities were old and needed maintenance, cleanliness were overall below average since the very old stuffs. Found even water leaks at bathroom and very old bathroom tiles. Everything has showed to the caretaker and requested for a maintenance for a good feel.
