There are 3 stories. Living area is on the 2nd floor with a large kitchen, bedroom, and a 1/2 bath. Terrific ocean views that are not obstructed since it overlooks the tennis court and green area. The 3rd floor has 2 bedrooms - a master with a king bed, full bath, and private balcony. The second bedroom has, 2 queens and a full bath. The lowest floor has a queen, a bunkbed (double/twin combo) and 2 twins. This area also has a bar and is great for entertaining when the noise ordinance of 10:00 PM starts.
