Positive: The staff was really accomodating and they helped with all our concerns. The room was spacious including the shower; we had one that was facing the lake. The facilities are a bit older, the jacuzzi and pool but it did work and was cleaned daily. The location was further from the malecon but not inconvenient to where you can't easily go to for dinner/food. It is a place where its best to have your own vehicle and they had free parking for it.
