Open plan living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a pool table room with balcony access overlooking a beautiful courtyard. Smart TVs with cable.

We live locally and are available as needed.
The house is located in the warehouse district downtown right between the French quarter and garden district. One block from the streetcar, Mardi Gras parade route and world war 2 museum. There are excellent restaurants and nightlife in the neighborhood.
