While we are only five kilometers outside of Oliva, the property is nicely isolated in a small forest environment with a large distance to neighbors in all directions. It's self contained with a large pool and garden and surrounding forest, but only a few minutes away from the modern conveniences of the town center. This beautiful, secluded, mountain-side villa has 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a large open plan kitchen/dining and living area, with tall ceilings, and French doors to a large veranda. The entire interior was completely renovated in 2017, and fitted with modern and contemporary furniture and fixtures, polished concrete floors, carpets and eclectic artwork. Just off the veranda is a large pool set in a mature, terraced garden with a spacious lawn, olive, orange, lemon, almond and palm trees, flowering plants and a vegetable and herb garden, surrounded by a natural tall pine forest on 3 sides, with a view to Mediterranean on one side and the forest and mountain cliffs on the other side. The kitchen is fully equipped, including American fridge and freezer, dishwasher and washing machine, 2 ovens and microwave, gas burners, fitted with silestone countertops, and loaded with every gadget for the modern gourmet. Both bathrooms have large walk-in modern fitted showers. Each of the three bedrooms have individually controlled AC units.
The photos show queen size (160 x 200) beds in each of the 3 bedrooms. One room can be converted to 2 separate single beds (90 x 180) and/or optional bunk beds. The sofa bed in Living Room sleeps 2.
The property is located just 10 minutes drive from the city center, and 15 minutes to the beach. Both the Valencia and Alicante airports are about a 1 hour drive.
