Positive: Great breakfast, the hosts were WONDERFUL, lovely people, very helpful. Location is great if you are visiting many of the towns around Umbria
Negative: Location is a bit off the main road, you need a car to get in/out, but at the same time, if you have a car, the location is great to get into/out of the highway.
