Positive: This apartment was a fantastic choice—exactly as pictured, with a spotless, modern feel. Everything from the furniture to the appliances (like the fridge, washing machine, and hair dryer) is new and high-quality, giving the whole space a fresh, welcoming vibe. The location is incredibly convenient. Beaches, bus stops, shopping areas, and the supermarket are all within a 10-minute walk, yet the neighborhood stays wonderfully quiet—perfect for peaceful sleep. I met several guests during my stay who regretted booking cheaper options. With Residence Mana, I knew I’d made the right choice. (I’m very particular about hygiene and can’t stand worn-out interiors—this place absolutely delivered.) The family who manages the apartment is wonderful—warm, friendly, and incredibly responsive. They were always there if I needed help and replied instantly, which made planning my days effortless. At the same time, they fully respected my privacy. It was the perfect balance of support and space. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Big thanks to my hosts ❤️😊
