Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The Riad itself is extremely pretty, and our room was huge, with a jacuzzi bath, a large shower, and a very comfortable bed. Wi‑Fi was reliable throughout our stay. The staff were lovely, and the owner, Didier Six, made a great impression as well. Breakfast was good overall, even if fairly simple. The location is about a 15‑minute walk from the centre of the medina, and although it felt a little intimidating on our first night and morning, we had no issues at all once we settled in.

Negative: Noise levels were generally fine, but the birds nesting outside caused early‑morning disturbances, so earplugs are a good idea. Breakfast, while pleasant, was a bit sparse in both selection and quantity compared with other Riads we stayed in during our trip. There's nothing to be done about it, but while the walk to the medina is perfectly manageable, the surrounding area isn’t a tourist hotspot, and felt a bit nerve‑wracking on arrival.

Summary: A beautiful Riad with a spacious, comfortable room and warm staff — a great stay overall
