This Rimfire Lodge beautiful one bedroom 1st floor unit that sleeps 4 is literally in the heart of Snowshoe Mountain Village. Step out the front door and you are steps away from restaurants, shops, Split Rocks Pool and the village center. Step out of the village and take your choice of ski trails down the mountain. New renovations this spring include new queen bedroom suite, new sectional sleeper sofa, new granite counter tops and new kitchen wall tile. This is one of the best units in the village. Rimfire Lodge is the anchor building of Snowshoe Village and features an elegant common area along with a fitness center, sauna, 2 hot tubs, ski and bike lockers, all accessible from inside the building. Paid heated underground parking with direct access to the building and elevators just inside the door, no unloading and trudging across a snow covered parking lot to reach your accommodations. Step through the sliding glass doors of the unit to your own private patio. Central heat and air along with a gas fireplace making for a cozy and comfortable stay any time of year. The bedroom features a queen bed and there is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room to sleep 4 comfortably. If you want fantastic accommodations right in the center of all the action this is the best you can get. You can pay more and you can pay less but you will never have better access anywhere than Rimfire Lodge.

Summary: I couldn't say enough great things about Tom. The communication was superb from the instant we booked it through the checkout. He even shipped us our room key cards to avoid the hassle of checking in when we arrived, which saved us from having to rush to get there before closing. The place is awesome. It was clean and we had everything we needed. The location couldn't be any better. It is right in the center of the Village. Perfect all around!
