Nestled in the trees high above the water, the Overlook Cabin offers a peaceful, comfortable, and intimate experience of the Ohio River, with a large riverfront window, 8x12ft deck, & jacuzzi bathtub. The 12x40ft space has a queen bed, two twins, and a couch, and would be great for families, hunters, or couples. Dogs/cats welcome. Cabins are stocked with complimentary locally-sourced coffee. There is a large outdoor area for kids to play or for a picnic or campfire, a gas grill available, climbing dome, and a path down to the river for hiking or fishing (the path is a little rocky). Lots of hiking/hunting in the area, about four miles from a boat launch (KH Butler), and 10-15-minutes from a cute little town. Free parking on site. Free wifi. Smart TV & DVD player available. Owners live onsite should any issues arise.

Summary: We had a fine time staying in your Cedar Cabin! All the amenities were as promised, no shortages and some in excess! Everything worked exactly as it should. The view from the deck on the back of the cabin was quite enjoyable; watching the riverboats and barges cruise up and down the Ohio River was fascinating (our dog enjoyed being out there too : ) ! You and Gina were wonderful, and oh the breakfasts Gina made were delicious. My Wife and i would come back for those if for nothing else. I also recommend the City of Gallipolis and surrounding area; if you're looking to get away from the bustle of the big cities this is a great place to do so, many interesting attractions and don't miss dinner at the Tuscany Italian Restaurant, very good fare. We absolutely recommend a stay at your wonderful gem of a getaway. Blessings on you and yours, Marc and Susan.
