Travel Purpose: business

Positive: We enjoyed the size, comfort, lay out and cleanliness of the inside of the house, also located in a central location with everything close by and plenty of water sports activities

Negative: We arrived and were very disappointed to be met with a pool that had plenty of leaves floating on top and bottom of the pool, surrounding area was heavy covered in duck poo, also there was broken glass, bottle tops and dirty serviettes laying around. My disappointment grew when I rang to advise the property manager of this, I was told that the pool was cleaned out 3 days ago and could I sweep up the broken glass and skim out the leaves. I would have thought if you had guesses going into the property it should have been cleaned that day when you know the ducks are up there every day. I do understand that this has to be cleaned every day and we were quite prepared to do this on a daily basis, just not the first day when you have young children eager to run and jump in the pool after a long trip. Other matters that disappointed us were, dirty BBQ not cleaned after the last use, not enough cooking utensils or containers to store food, maybe there could be an additional fridge as the house does hold 10 people.

Summary: Enjoyable just a few hiccups at the beginning which could have been easily avoided
