A large, completely open concept living area makes up the second floor and includes a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could possibly need to dine in or entertain. Large Pantry AND office space give you plenty of storage, and a space to work from home. Once you’ve finished a tasty meal, your dining table easily converts into a pool table for some after-dinner competition. Or, cozy up on our large leather sofa in front of a the TV that pulls out to a sleeper sofa. A triple sliding door pushes completely into the wall and opens to a small balcony offering beautiful views of Uptown Charlotte and extending your living space to the outdoors.
An intimate master bedroom is located on the third floor and features a king bed, gas fireplace, Smart TV, and plenty of natural light from surrounding windows. The en suite bath includes a luxury freestanding tub and a beautiful spacious shower.
An additional bedroom with a queen bed, Smart TV and bath complete the second floor accommodations.
