This home is a perfect fit for those who need a detox from city life; a large space for friends and families to gather, an unforgettable wine experience, or a place to rest your head after rockin' the night away at Vina Robles Amphitheater
Located East of Paso Robles, a mile off of Hwy 46, residing on one pastoral acre; a beautifully remodeled 3-bedroom modern farmhouse with an indoor open floor plan perfect for entertaining. Take a step out the back door onto the spacious covered patio for relaxing or entertaining. Not ready to put your feet up? Take the party to the front seating area featuring an outside fire pit or enjoy a bit of competition at the 30-foot bocce ball court.
-INDOOR- As you enter the home you are greeted by a vaulted ceiling Grand room that encompasses both the living room and the kitchen. The living room is outfitted with a large L-shaped couch, big enough for families and outrageously comfortable to snuggle in while watching the flickering flames from the natural wood-burning fireplace (or catching up on your Netflix). The newly remodeled kitchen provides a gathering place for making lasting memories over food and libations. Take your pick at sitting at the high-top bar or the large locally built farmhouse dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the cooking/dining (and wine-drinking) necessities. Also situated in the Grand room is a writing desk for those who need to finish up work emails before they escape to the rolling hills of Paso Robles. Next, you will find in each bedroom a queen bed with fresh linens and ample closet space with robes and slippers. The Master bedroom has an en-suite featuring a walk-in shower with dual shower heads, and French doors that open to a welcoming private patio - perfect for yoga in the morning or enjoying a warm cup of home-brewed coffee. The common bathroom features a large two-faucet trough marble sink, blue pine planked walls, and a full tub with a rain shower/hand-held combo fixture. All windows and French doors have been equipped with blackout shades for those sunny mornings or for that day you just want to sleep in (and added privacy).
-OUTSIDE- As you walk out of the Grand room through the French doors you will find a covered patio with a conversational seating area, adorned with a comfy furniture set and hanging macramé chairs. The patio is equipped with a propane grill and prep area. Enjoy your grilled eats and Paso drinks surrounded by friends and family at the restored picnic table under the large fruitless mulberry tree. After a delicious meal, how about a friendly game of Bocce Ball or Cornhole? Or better yet roasting marshmallows at the outside natural wood-burning fire pit while enjoying the star-studded sky? The Pasobilities are endless!
Other things to note
WiFi connection: we do not live in city limits, which inhibits us from fast cable internet. We have satellite internet, so it can be temperamental. Since COVID and working from home, we can say that it is efficient - but if you are from the city it will not have the speed you are familiar with.
Television: Each room that has a TV is “Smart”. We only offer the internet to power the apps that are available on those TV’s. Each one (at the minimum) will have Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and YouTube - you must have your own sign-in. There is one DVD player in the house (and we have a full shelf of DVD’s to choose from). If you are wanting to catch a game, you’ll unfortunately (or fortunately) have to head to town to one of our local eateries or pubs, unless you pay for a sports apps (MLB, etc.) that you can log into.
