Positive: Location was great not far to walk into morecombe every day and also the lakes were not far away the lodge was very spacious and comfortable all amenities provided the stay was amazing would recommend this to everyonewas home from home very bright and airy a beautiful outside space to enjoy your evening drinks

Negative: There was nothing to dislike about the property everything was spot on easy to find bin area and also had a bar on the site if you wanted that also there are 2 pub/resteraunts within walking distance

Summary: A very comfortable stay here at rosella 38 would recommend it to anyone
