The Space:
The Rosy-Cozy Home is perfect for travelers that need a beautiful, spacious, and inexpensive place to stay while in Amarillo. We are located in the heart of Amarillo and conveniently located off I-40. We have a huge back yard for your family members to run around in. You will have your private key code to the house with a keypad lock. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the house on the street (not a busy street). Unfortunately, this listing is not pet friendly.

This is a shared listing and you will have access to your very own large private master bedroom with a plush queen bed that will provide a restful night's sleep and a beautiful attached private sparkling clean bathroom. The common areas of the house are shared which would include a fully stocked kitchen, living room great for watching T.V. with the family, and washroom.
The Kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes needed to prepare fresh meals. Besides dishes, there is a Keurig, Keurig cups, bottled water, and other miscellaneous goodies.
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We host in many of the homes in the area and we love the area.
Getting Around:
This is one of the easiest Airbnb's to find in Amarillo if you are traveling down 1-40 of I -27. We are just minutes from the Amarillo Medical District, The Big Texan, and Palo Duro Canyon is right down I-27 from us.

Other Things to Note:
We are located right down the street from tons of restaurants. Also we are very easy to find; just a couple blocks from I-40 and I-27. If you want to get anywhere in town its just a hop, skip, and a jump.

Summary: The house was nice. The managers were very accommodating. It is more like a motel than a VRBO. There is one common area and 3 bedrooms with numbers on the doors. The room we stayed in had a bathroom in the room but the other couple had a bathroom in the hall between our rooms. There were no towels in our assigned room. They are pet friendly and that was great, however the fenced back yard light was burned out.
