We pride ourselves in providing the best hospitality that we can to our guests and we want to welcome you and your family into our home.
The Rosy-Cozy Home is perfect for the traveler that needs a beautiful, spacious, and inexpensive place to stay while in Amarillo.
We are located in the heart of Amarillo and conveniently located off I-40. Unfortunately, this listing is not pet friendly.
This is a shared listing and you will have access to a large private bedroom with a plush queen bed that will provide a restful night's sleep. The common areas of the house are shared which would include a spacious living room, kitchen, and a washroom for you to do laundry.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishes needed to prepare fresh meals. Besides dishes, there is a Keurig, Keurig cups, bottled water, and other miscellaneous goodies.
The bathroom has all the necessary linens, as well as shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. We also leave out small toiletry items that you may have forgotten when packing for your trip. The living area and the bedroom have a large television with access to Netflix. We also provide free blazing fast Wi-Fi.

We donate a portion of our proceeds to the Wolflin Community Garden. This is a non-profit project that we as your host teamed up with the local community to create an amazing gift back to our neighborhood. You are more than welcome to come to the garden and enjoy!!

Guest Access:
You will have your private key code to the house with a keypad lock. There is plenty of parking directly in front of the house on the street (not a busy street).
The Neighborhood:
Our neighborhood is a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We host in many of the homes in this area and we love the neighborhood!
Getting Around:
This is one of the easiest Airbnb's to find in Amarillo if you are traveling down 1-40 or I -27. We are just minutes from the Amarillo Medical District, The Big Texan, and Palo Duro Canyon is right down I-27 from us.

Other Things to Note:
We are located right down the street from tons of restaurants. Also we are very easy to find just a couple blocks from I-40 and I-27. If you want to get anywhere in town its just a hop, skip, and a jump.

Hosting is our passion and Amarillo is our home. We do our absolute best to provide an accommodating stay for our guests. We live just down the street and are available anytime we are home. Also you can call or text us when ever you need anything.
