Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Excellent location, close to markets, restaurants, cultural spaces and easy access to other cities (we used Uber to get around), the host responds quickly to messages, the apartment is clean and spacious, the Wi-Fi signal is good and the cleaning is regular.
Negative: On days with heavy rain, in room 2 there is a leak on the balcony, causing a puddle of water between the window and the wooden door that serves as a curtain to block the light from the balcony. The water infiltration occurred only due to exceptional bad weather. Since we spent 6 nights in the apartment, the towels weren't changed until the 5th day on New Year's Eve. Because we couldn't leave the windows open due to the wind, the towels took a long time to dry. Heating is available in the room through the air conditioning system, but we chose not to use it. Apart from this information, everything was perfect. I recommend it to everyone and I would stay there again.
Summary: Excellent value for money.
