Summary: Having booked our vacation two weeks before going we were limited on what was available. We really enjoy having a private pool but we're not finding anything in our budget. We found this place, it looked clean from pics and pool looked nice. When we arrived the house in fact was clean and looked like the pictures. There are no extras except shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer and an iron. Beach chairs were not suitable for a day of laying out at the beach. The umbrella wasn't suitable for how windy it was when we were there. End of March. Host added a very small cooler that held 6 waters and there was a wagon. The pool was not heated, very cold and very small. I've never seen a pool this small. The pictures make it seem bigger than it is. There were two chairs to lay out on that were not very comfortable. We had to buy garbage bags. There is no salt, spices or any extras that most rentals we've stayed in previously had. The host was good at responding and did let us in an hour early thankfully. And, like I said, it was clean. If you're just looking for a place to sleep this place will do. But, can't really spend any time outside on a lanai or at the pool. It's not really close to any shopping or beaches except Boca Grande which was 25 min away Also, tv has a Roku but you must make your own account. Tv only available in master bedroom and living room. Beds were comfortable. Bed in second bedroom is more comfortable than bed in master. They should be switched.
