Positive: You are almost in the center ... but ... the street noise early in the morning is not pleasant
Negative: The noise from the street and other rooms is really annoying. I don't agree that the rooms are soundproof. The apartment was really cold when we arrived. The air conditioning in the bedroom for heating didn't work.
